A bit about me
I'm a producer, songwriter, and guitarist based out of Los Angeles, California. My work has been featured on Grammy-nominated recordings with Jonathan McReynolds and Mali Music, and I've had the privilege of performing or recording with some of the artists you're about to see below.
Where the playing comes from
My roots are in the blues โ that's home. But a deep love of jazz, funk, gospel, and R&B made me into a player who can move between genres without losing the feel that started it all. That's the lens I bring to every lesson.
Why I teach
For the past ten years I've taught guitar to thousands of students across the globe โ from total beginners to working players stuck in the same plateau they've been on for a decade. The thing I keep seeing is the same: most guitarists don't need more technique. They need a better way to think on the instrument.
